Thank you for choosing Car Detailers Perth. We strive to provide high-quality mobile detailing services with convenience, professionalism, and care. We are fully insured for general liability, including cover for property damage, vehicle damage, and personal injury. These Terms & Conditions help outline our policies to protect both you as the client and us as the service provider.
By booking any service with Car Detailers Perth, you agree to the following terms:
Booking, Deposits & Payments
We do not currently require a deposit to secure your booking. However, we ask that you respect our time and provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Payment is due in full on the day of service.
We accept:

Card payments in person, which incur a 2% processing surcharge

Bank transfer, with no surcharge, payable via invoice (issued upon request)
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please let us know prior to your appointment so we can provide invoice details in advance.
Arrival, Delays & Access

We are based in Wembley 6014 and service Perth city and surrounding suburbs.

Due to traffic, weather, or job delays, our arrival times may shift. You will be notified of any delays.

Please ensure easy access to a working water tap and power outlet. If unavailable, let us know before the appointment.
Vehicle Preparation & Inspection

Please remove all personal items and excess rubbish before our arrival.

Child seats must be removed before service. We will not uninstall or reinstall them.

Heavily soiled interiors (e.g. pet hair, stains, odours) must be declared beforehand. Failing to do so may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

A pre-inspection will be conducted. Additional fees may apply if the condition of the vehicle differs significantly from the booking selection.
Service Scope & Limitations

While we aim for outstanding results, some stains, odours, pet hair, and embedded grime may not be fully removable.

Headliners are cleaned with extra care due to the risk of sagging from moisture or aggressive agitation.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage including faded buttons, cracked plastics, oxidised paint, or worn trim that may worsen during cleaning.

Baked-on brake dust, deep water spots, bug etching, or sap may not be completely removable.

We do not guarantee full removal of pet hair or sand, although we will always do our best.

Some stains, odours, or damage may be permanent or require additional services not included in your selected package.

Customers refusing additional recommended services for neglected or severe conditions may void our service guarantee.
Hazardous Materials & Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if biohazards (e.g. urine, vomit, mould, etc.) are discovered without prior disclosure.

If found during inspection, a partial fee may be charged without full service completion.

Vehicles with excessive dirt, trash, or hazardous waste may incur a $50-$95 cleaning fee or be turned away at our discretion.
Photos, Videos & Marketing

By booking, you give us permission to capture photos and videos of your vehicle before and after service for marketing or training purposes.

We will not post identifiable customer details (e.g. license plates, faces, or names) without your permission. Opt-out available on request.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints

If you’re not satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion.

We may offer to redo the affected area or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

If a redo is refused, refunds are capped at 20% of the service value.

Any unauthorised cleaning or modifications post-service void any eligibility for redos or refunds.
General Safety & Conduct

For safety, please keep a distance of at least 2 metres from our work area.

We reserve the right to decline service to any customer who acts abusively, unreasonably, or violates these terms.
Disclaimer & Liability
We take every precaution to ensure your vehicle is treated with care and respect. However, Car Detailers Perth is not liable for any pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues that may arise during or after service due to:

Age or condition of the vehicle

Fragile or deteriorated surfaces (e.g. oxidised paint, cracked trims, faded buttons)

Aftermarket modifications (e.g. wraps, resprays, tints, coatings)

Improper prior repairs or installations
We are also not responsible for any damage caused by water ingress, electrical malfunction, or cosmetic defects that were not visible or disclosed during the pre-inspection.
By booking, you acknowledge that detailing services carry some risk, and you accept responsibility for any potential outcomes where the risk has been explained or is reasonably expected given the condition of the vehicle.
Final Acknowledgement
Booking a service implies full agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
