This answer depends on how often you care to have your car cleaned, how often you use your vehicle or the environments you drive your vehicle through.

In each of our packages our recommended frequencies are provided. Generally we recommend deeper cleans and details every 12 months and lighter cleans every 1-2 months depending on your needs.

Paint correction isn’t always required, but it’s highly recommended if your vehicle has light scratches, swirl marks, or dull paint. Ceramic coatings lock in the condition of your paint – so correcting imperfections beforehand ensures the best possible finish. For cars in great condition, a light polish or prep may be all that’s needed.

Yes, we’ll need access to a standard outdoor tap and power outlet. We have our own extension cables and hoses.

Please ensure we have access to these, as well as your vehicle keys and garage (ideally) upon arrival. Thank you.

No worries, just select the correct interior and exterior condition level when booking so we can quote accurately. If we arrive to find that the condition is worse than the booking description, we may requote you before the job.

It’s better to overestimate than underestimate so we can allocate enough time to your service.

Generally the more dirt, dust, stains, pet hair and other buildups such as gum or sugars, the more work that will be required.

Under harsh weather conditions such as rain we may ask to reschedule your appointment.

We recommend providing access to your garage for optimal results as well. If we have undercover or garage access there is much less likely to be issues detailing even during harsher conditions.
